Welcome to Pakaoo. These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for the use of Pakaoo's Application.
Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Pakaoo platform by customers, kitchen partners, and delivery partners.
User accounts
- Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations.
Subscription & payments
- Customers agree to pay for their selected subscription plans.
- Payments are processed through third-party payment providers.
- Subscription renewals and modifications must be managed via the app.
Meal skipping policy
Customers can skip a meal by acknowledging it in the app within the specified time:
- Breakfast: Skip before 6 PM the previous day.
- Lunch: Skip before 8 AM on the same day.
- Dinner: Skip before 12 PM on the same day.
Service limitations
We do not guarantee availability of meals, delivery times, or uninterrupted service.
Liability
Pakaoo is not liable for food quality issues, delayed deliveries, or operational disruptions caused by external factors.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
